Saya menemukan dilema saat akan menjalankan aplikasi pemutar musik Groove. Ketika dijalankan aplikasi enggan terbuka dan mengeluarkan warning dengan goresan pena "The application cannot be started. Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem."


Beberapa kalo mencoba untuk restart sampai shut down, tapi dilema ini masih belum terselesaikan. Lalu bagaimana cara mengatasinya? Berikut ada 2 metode yang dapat dicoba.

PERTAMA

Mencoba untuk mencari dilema lewat 'Run Troubleshooter' untuk aplikasi Windows. Berikut link yang dapat dikunjungi untuk melaksanakan hal tersebut.

Silahkan klik tomblo 'Run Troubleshooter' kemudian secara otomatis kita akan mengunduh 'App Diagnotic Windows 10', klik kemudian ikut langkah selanjutnya.

Ternyata saya menemukan dilema pada login akun Microsoft. Memang beberapa hari sebelumnya saya sempat mencoba untuk menciptakan akun tetapi saya close alasannya yaitu tidak jadi.

Masalahnya sederhana, kita hanya perlu membuka halaman Account pada Setting. Aplikasi Groove kembali dapat saya jalankan.

KEDUA

Dengan me-reset Windows App Store. Caranya:

1. Pada sajian Search ketikkan 'Run' kemudian enter. (Bisa pula dengan menekan Windows + R)
2. Kemudian ketik 'WSReset.exe' kemudian enter.


Maka Windows App Store anda sudah ter-reset dan aplikasi kembali dapat dijalankan.
